Picture not appearing? :C

I don't know where else I could put this so I decided to make use of this section and post this question here. xD

Can you see the image in my spoiler? I mean, if you can, then it's okay, but I just can't seem to look at it? I used to regular image code, but for some reason the image won't appear and it only says texts.

And I tried this from two sources I like, Iaza and that Servimg one, but none work.

I don't see the picture.
