If you get enough ecoins for a pet can you walk it?

I was just wondering because the cat said anybody can get any pet with ecoins. It also says that Pebbles are shy so they can't go outside. So if you get like a Frosty pet you can take it outside even if you're a non?

Just wondering...

Oh and IF I get enough ecoins should I get a giant bird board and go round saying "SQUAWK IM RIDING ON A GIANT BIRD! IF YOU DONT GIVE HIM BACON HES GONNA BITE YOU!" or a boring, useless, pet?

I think the pets might be locked for you or something. And if you can, DEFINITELY a pet, because if you get a good enough pet to play wild slinger hard version with, stars will be no trouble for you.
Unless you already have everything for nons in fantage, that is.

I think u should get a board cause the only way you a non can get mem pets is by magic codes and they cost 1,800 and more

I am thinking of getting Gilbert or Beekers. I think Beekers is like the most expensive pet you can get. ;P

I've seen non-members with pets bought with e-coins (I think), so I'm sure you can.

Of course you can, just not the pebbles family.
