Something i need help about art

well i like to draw stuff like chibi's and human people, but when i get to drawing hair and clothes i can't think of anything. I always have this problem. Anyway you guys can help me?

You could create an OC. It stands for original character.
An OC is when you create your own character, it can be anything you want! Although, you must watch out for Mary Sues. Mary Sues are when people create an OC and it has many many powers, for say, over 3, or has control over everything. And they can also be loved by ~EVERYONE~. Take a Mary Sue test to see if your idea of a character is Mary Sue or not.

Once I tried thinking of a hair style to do, but I couldn't think of anything. So I looked online "Women hair styles" and looked through this website (I forgot the name. ) and I found what I was looking for. Just an idea for me to you lol.

Maybe go for something like a posh up-do. You know, one of those big, "fancy" buns that you'll see women wearing occasionally. Also HIGHLIGHTS. Those are key for creating unique, original hair.

Experiment with different hair colors, too. Hair colors that you would not see in real life.

I always know my hair styles but i can't draw the bodies! I know what I'm going to do with my clothes but not the bodies. I NEED HELP WITH THE BODIES!!!!!!!!

If you can't think of any hairstyles to draw, why don't you start with something simple? Like straight, loose hair. Try drawing your own hair, in a style you wear a lot. No one knows your hair like you do, after all.
Same goes for clothes. Keep it simple at first, t-shirts and jeans. It can inspire you to do more elaborate clothing and hairstyles, after a while.

SAME!!! not legs. its the arms for me!

Looks like a lot of people need help with body proportions. THEY WERE A PAIN IN THE BUTT FOR THE LONGEST TIME. But maybe I'll make like a guide or something to help you guys with proportions.

uGH ANIME EYES ARE SO FRUSTRATING YES. i can't help you much with eyes, because seriously, they are so annoying and i have trouble figuring how to draw them in a way that looks like anime without being terrible.

Eyes are horrible.

when i do eyes. one eye is always messed up and quit because of all of the eraser marks.

I rock at the faces and eyes and stuff im good at the bodys but the legs are annoying

I'm trying to learn perspective, but a lot of it just seems to escape me when I'm actually drawing. Hurgh.

Same here! Perspective is pretty tricky considering you have to think about all that foreshortening while making sure that the character you're drawing appears three-dimensional.
