It's ok, but you could make it look better if you saved the images as .png, cut the images perfectly, and used a different gif generator.
You should save pictures from Fantage as .png the first time you take them. Saving them as .jpg/.jpeg makes them blurry.
You can cut the images perfectly by counting and marking the pixels from the top, from the bottom, and from the sides. Like, make both your pictures 10 pixels above the hat tall, 5 pixels below the board, and 15 pixels away from the center of the body. So all the body parts (except for the arm) and board match up. Sorry if you don't understand this, it's hard to explain.
Lastly, try using a different gif generator. Using an online gif generator is fine as long as it doesn't leave a watermark and leaves the images how you uploaded them. This is a good one.
