I was in Downtown, and i accidently clicked a girl called Yoshic_lolz She was a non member. But she was a level 195. I thought 'Wow, thats pretty impressive for a non' When i checked her medals... The only medal she had was... Know it all Medal (Level 1) , and a level 1 Mini Quest medal.
She could've given out lots of stickers (if that works for nons). Or maybe she was a member and her membership expired, so her member only medals vanish and her level was reduced to one hundred ninety five.

See? It takes away a certain fraction of your level when you become a non member. When I become a non, that's probably what my level will be because my level is semi-high. If your level is kind of high as a member, your level will be kind of high FOR a non member when you become one.

I'm not sure what you saying, but the IDfone you took of civic_princess.. It's showing her non-level and if you go to her medals, it'll all be the NON medals shown, of her pet medals, and events, veteran, etc.. All NON. And those non medals all add up to her non-level. When she's a premium again they'll be gone up higher.
Like me, I'm a non, level 92 but when I'm a premium member it'll be higher. When it ends it'll be back to 92. What fasionist said, is this person only has two non medals, and they only add up to level 2.
