Can someone explain to me how the warning bar goes down?

I think it has something to do with how people act and the warning bar is to warn you if they're bad? So if it's really low you get banned?

A warning bar shows you how close you are to getting banned. If your warning bar is very low, you have to be cautious about your actions. It helps enforce the rules.

it is set on green first. if you keep breaking a rule then it will go to yellow. if you keep breaking rules it will go down to orange. if you keep doing it then you will get banned and it will say banned. at least that's what i think. okay well... it is on your profile and it shows how much you are breaking the rules i think

So how does someone/the mods know if you're doing bad? They just watch and if they catch you doing something bad they make it go down?

Yep, that is basically what it does/shows you. So if your bar is at the pit, you better watch out.

That OR someone reports a post of yours, it starts green, goes to yellow, orange, red, banned. thats how it works, if you haven't broken rules in a while and your bar is in yellow-below: then the mods will bring it up a notch or all the way to green. That's basically how it works.

Warning bars go down when you've receive a warning or if you get caught breaking a rule. No warning is green, 1 warning is yellow, 2 is orange, 3 is red, then you're banned.

Basically, your warning bar is originally set on green.
Breaking a rule results in an infraction, therefore turning your bar to yellow, another infraction means an orange warning bar and another infraction means a red warning bar. If you get any more infractions after that, you will be banned from the forum.
You can ask a moderator to bump up your bar if you aren't on green, one month after receiving your warning.
