| Christmas has been on my mind a lot and I wanted to see if you guys believe in Santa Claus. My friends at school said their parents told them that he wasnt real. Sometimes I think he is real and sometimes I dont. Saying my mom always tries to save money, why would she buy so many presents. ((I get presents from my parents and Santa)) What do you guys think?
(Fun Fact: While I was typing this I got something in my hand and my hand is in a lot of pain.)

| I dont believe in him because a few years ago right when I went to bed,A few minutes I went to see the Christmas tree and there were already presents under it. Yeah It was most likely my parents. I find him hard to believe in him anyway. he would be dead because of his old age right

| I don't believe in Santa, I just don't. I don't believe in a man who has reindeer that carry him all over the world, and then he goes down people's chimneys and give them gifts. But that's just me. c: | |

| In my point of view, a fat man who lives at the North Pole and doesn't freeze, has little elves that work for him, and has raindeer carry him all over the world who must deliver gifts to everyone in the world, just sounds absurd. No offence. | |

| I don't believe in Santa Claus. And if he was real, I'd avoid him at all cost. It's pretty creepy when you hear that he sneaks into your house, eats your food, and gives you "gifts". And how can he travel all over the world in one night? There are over a billion children and counting. I just don't see it happening. In Christmas songs, most of the lines are, "He sees you when your sleeping, he knows when you're awake. He knows when you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake." That's just weird. | |

I know! It really makes me wonder if a three-year old ( or Doctor Seuss) came up with this! Because, Doctor Seuss writes some pretty interesting stuff xP

| To be honest I'm not a believer anymore but I don't really think we should be talking about it because if a believer is looking at this and they are a little kid it might make them upset... | |

| I believed in Santa, untill someone (not on this topic) talked about it. When you think about it, we all have different timezones so how could he go to the whole world at night? | |

| Like what others said, absurd. - Most of it is 99.99% impossible:
Factory at the North Pole (people are talking about building space colonies, so why wouldn't this be possible?) ✓
Elves working for him, making toys. And this is all free. He at least has to feed the elves if he doesn't pay them. X
Flying reindeer. Come on, they don't even have wings. X
Enough presents for a billion children. That's way over his budget. X
Going to all the houses in the world. How does he find families, let's say, hiding from the government? I bet their children still get presents. X
Sneaking into people's houses would be noisy. Plus some don't even have a chimney. X
Eating free cookies and milk ✓
Plus rich people get lots of presents (or expensive ones) and others get less. Santa wouldn't do that.
I believed in Santa until about 3rd grade. I was having doubts, then I decided the whole thing was just too crazy because my parents knew things on my wishlist that Santa didn't get (I never told them my wishlist either).

| let me tell u all that there really is a santa claus who lives in the north pole and im seriously not kidding.
however, i'm not so sure if he is the one who delivers presents to everyone in one day. it's possible that reindeer could fly in some way, and that he can travel fast enough to deliver all the presents on christmas eve if his sleigh is like super rigged or something (time zones would help in that situation), but i don't know if anybody would be so rich as to do that. i mean, unless he gets all the presents for free, a job like his must cost billions, according to this video here:

| I BELIEVE IN HIM DUH CAUSE HE'S REAL OF COARSE. Ok, now my little cousin is out of the room... No, I don't believe in him, but I'm not saying you shouldn't. He's a great thing to believe in. And there was a real person who started the story of Santa~ you can say Santa is like a metaphor for being generous and jolly . So I would say.... I know Santa isn't real... But I most defiantly believe in him. | |

My dad was trying to get me to believe in Santa again in the past few years but no, Santa is just unrealistic to me tbh the actual person santa claus is surely real. i actually saw a news report last year where they showed the exact santa, exactly where he lives (which is in northern canada in the north pole). so santa himself isn't unrealistic. but if you're saying that the whole idea of santa claus flying around the whole world with reindeer and such, then i respect your opinion. i, myself am not so sure if santa actually is that magical either.

Well, Me when I was a little kid hmmm like 9years old? I also believe in Santa but then I realize our Santas is our parents because they give us Gifts right?..^.^ And thats why we celebrate Christmas because its the birthday of Christ our God.. :>

| Well, I think there is a santa claus.
There is a guy on my street named santa but he is skinny, and he does not deliver presents. See, there can be more than one santa.
