What's WLMM? Also, that's not animation. You just kept repeating two different pictures. Did you edit the mouth open or something? If you want to make an animation, you need to download a good editing program, and make separate layers with various acting, therefore when in the .gif format it makes a nice animated picture, that you could easily put in a video. Sony vegas would also be nice if you'd like to animate something like a fantagian.

Yeah I know... I am gonna get sony vegas soon so my "animations" won't look so bad.

Windows (Live) Movie Maker is also okay for animation. It's not the best, but it all depends on what you make of the program. This is honestly really nice for your first animation, I can't do something like that. @Faith a .gif is an animation. Putting a gif on a video in youtube is an animation. Having two slides going back and forth is an animation. By definition, this video is indeed an animation. It's, of course, not as detailed as Disney or Pixar animations, but it is a start. Everyone has to start out somewhere.
