| Okay so right before bed i read a lot of creepy pasta stuff and i get freaked out really easily. Even if it isnt that scary. I need something to calm me down what should i do? Im scared to turn my light off so i put my lava lamp on. What calms your brain down when you are scared? | |

| what calms me down is listening to music and playing some games to get my mind off of it. reading a book works too, but i don't do it often to calm me down haha. i just try to get my mind off of it for as much as possible :>. |

| - LEAVE EVERY LIGHT ON LEAVE NO SURVIVORS - throw salt everywhere - close the windows - go underneath the blankets - go on the computer and play games to get your mind off it

| if you're trying to sleep it helps if you put a pillow over your head (i have a pillow on my head and a pillow to rest my head on so it's more comfortable) and face the wall :> | |

| If I get nightmares I just turn my lamp on and I try to relax by listening to classical music or I read some manga EDIT: Oh and creepypastas aren't even real!! XD

| Drink a cup of tea, do some exercises, watch a film, read a book...just try doing something that's both enjoyable and distracting to you! You could also try getting some sleep. ;`; | |
