there werent any major flaws, and the only minor flaws i picked up were the hair tips, and that the ears were a bit off

This is actually pretty good! You've improved quite a bit from your other drawings; keep it up. (:

One thing I do notice (and I've also seen it in some of your past drawings) is that the sides of your drawings are not even. For example, her right jaw is wider than her left jaw, her right eye is lower than the left, etc.. It takes some practice, but believe me, your drawings will look a lot better if you take the time to go over those inconsistencies.

^Also, as Evs said, the hair tips aren't natural :/  I know it's common in anime to draw pointy hair tips, and while yes, hair does appear to end in points sometimes, that sadly isn't how hair works. You can still draw pointy hair (I recommend doing so sparingly, although it's your choice), but keep in mind that hair does not naturally cluster into long, thin points.

Lastly, when coloring hair, it's important to color in the direction the hair is flowing. Here you've colored in many different directions and it doesn't look quite clean. It's tiring to keep coloring the same way, but the end result will be a lot better. Heck, you might even have to color in curved lines, and that takes forever.

Edit: Oh, I didn't add any color because I lost my skin color colored pencil and I thought it would look weird if I colored everything else, but the skin.

It's not bad. Keep practicing. One thing I recommend for drawing and coloring with pencils is to get a set of pencils with different lead hardness. If you're serious about pursuing art, I recommend you look into some of the pencils.

Minor flaws here and there. Like Eva and Hop said, the hair looks a bit stiff and unnatural. I suggest trying to add spaces in the hair and make it seems like the hair is flowing. It doesn't have to be extremely curly, but some waves here and there would be nice.

Also, you can also shade to give the drawing more depth. For example, most people add some shade below the bands and on the upper part of the neck. You shaded very well on the hair, but also make sure you add some dark shades to it.

Actually, I have a set of Prismacolor Turquoise H, B, and F pencils, and they work really well! So there's another brand if you want that

However, I personally don't think varying graphites matter in more anime/cartoony styles, which seems to be what Henrietta mainly draws. They're very useful for realistic art to add texture and shading, but if you're able to do that with just colored pencils, a set of graphite pencils isn't necessary. But it's your choice, @Henrietta.

You are correct, but I see that she likes to shade and I just think that it might help with shading. But like you said, in the end it's all up to the artist. (I'm not really a drawer, I paint so I only know about drawing stuff from previous art classes before I started painting)
