Can someone babysit my account?

I'm now in high school, and I'll admit I still play Fantage. I don't care how lame it is, I'm not quitting until I reach level 100 at least. Now, I have zero time during the weekdays to even go online for whatever except for school related things. I'd like someone from the Fantage Forum to "babysit" my account for a few months or so. Here are the requirements and rules that are extremely important. I will be looking for someone who is trustworthy, honest, and mature. I will not tolerate begging, bribing, or attempts to make deals.

- I have really old items including eCoin items as well
- Level 81, non-member ever since I joined.

Requirements:
- This is the most important one of all: Do not, I repeat, do not sell ANYTHING from my inventory, stickers, furniture, etc. NOTHING. If I find you sold even one thing, I will choose my second candidate and you will be killed on the spot.
- DO NOT add anyone to my friends list. I am completely serious about this one. I don't care how many precious babies you pick up or how many boyfriends you find, NO.
- Share my password, and I'll kill you on the spot twice. I will seriously find a way to make your life living torture.
- DO NOT give away my stickers. I'm serious.
- You ARE ALLOWED to change my outfit.
- You ARE NOT ALLOWED to spend any of my stars or eCoins UNLESS they are for items from events I keep track of everything so seriously, don't.
- DO NOT move the things in my room.
- You ARE ALLOWED to earn me stars and eCoins. Since I'm a non-member, it is requirement you get me the non-member items from each event.

- You can go on my account all you want as long as they don't interfere with the rules.
- I prefer if you went on my account only to level up, earn stars, and get the items from the events. It's not necessary to talk to others on there if you know what I mean.

Why should I pick you? I'm rather good at a lot of stuff, and I'm trustworthy and reliable, who will do everything the best and the fastest I can without moving it to the last minute possible.

What are some of your qualities as a person? Straightforward, fair kindness, confidence, pretty smart.

Why should I trust you? I've got my own account that I love - and I would never take another's item when I see that they love it so much. Especially, I do not go back on my word unless neccessary, and -edit- I proclaim I will not do what you do not want me to do on your account.

How well will you take care of my account? I'll get you the event items, but unless I want to randomly or am required to, will not earn gems/stars. Of course I need to get stars for event items.

What kind of experience do you have as a player on Fantage? I've technically been playing for 4 months, but I, too, started in '09. I played for two months there and then quit, and have recently started again. I have upped my inventory and level immensely.

-I may or may not level you up, but it's easy to get to 100, and I'm sure I'll give you a few levels at least.
-I know my way around Fantage, and I read the rules and such and such,I did not think of saying this until I scrolled up and saw another entry.
