ugh i need help

O.k so i am in band and i play tenor saxaphone my jazz band and all will be going to some music things and one of them involves solo and ensemble which is where u play infront of a judge and give u a grade(it goes poor fair good excellent and superior)I am playing a grade 3 song(its pretty high for a 8th grader)Its called the girl with flaxen hair i still need to order it though and that i when the problem starts
i have to call some guy for it.i hate talking to ppl on a phone and i just cant seem to call them.What do i do?Just drop out of the event or call the guy?

Call the guy! Don't give up! Don't lose hope just because you don't like calling them doesn't mean you can drop out.

OK I CALLED BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE MY SONG NOW WHAT AM I GOING TO DO I AM SCREWED IF I CAN'T FIND IT!
