How do i change the thing so it wont send me e-mails when osme one replied to topic.As i said im not very smart !!

You don't have to be smart for this. You just have to learn to explore and find things out for yourself. And calling yourself not smart won't do you any good either.
Go to Profile and then to the Preferences settings. Hope that helped.
