I drew this on Photoshop CS4 but I haven't used a lot of special features.. In the pic, Italy is looking for HRE x3 For some reason this pic only took me about 7 hours, a record for this sort of art. Please rate on a scale of 1-10 and tell me how to improve! >:3 P.S.: (Sorry if I'm posting too much art here, I can't help it. And yes, I am addicted to Hetalia ^//^ ) | |
