It's just one of the eyes is bigger than the other, but I love how you did the shading(is that what it's called?) in them
& The head shape on the top seems to be a bit too flat imo.

That's actually very good!
The chin has an awkward position there; it's kinda flat on the right side. The hair is fantastic, though. c:

I think the outline color you chose for her face is too light. I had to strain my eyes a bit to see it.
I just woke up. (yes this place is the first thing I visit xD)

but the eyes are superbly gawjus.

Overall I say 7.5/10

You need to fix the head shape and add eyebrows. And the hair looks kinda weird, if you know what I mean. I'm not good at explaining.
And the facial features are almost invisible. Make them the same color as the head outline. Also, I think she needs a neck.
And.. yeah, I think that's it.
