Yeah rate 0-10 and critique. Made in like half an hour.

I did it yesterday in SAI, with only the watercolor tool, airbrush, and eraser.

Your head looks a bit squished, and her forehead is a bit too big. I'd move the nose down a bit, and shade it.
The lips don't look finished compared to the rest of the drawing. Also, I'd make the neck a bit longer. The head is a bit lopsided.
I'm guessing you used a mouse?
