It's fixable, however, you can take your computer to a specialist or reinstall the operating system. So if you still have your windows disc or whatever....I could ask my dad for you.

Don't ever, ever delete System32. That would crash your computer. Just saying. Don't even listen to those who say you should, they're just internet trolls.

But.. isn't AVG an antivirus program?
Although I don't think that really matters, because I could not find it anyway in my System32 folder, not even when I typed it in.. So I don't think that would be the problem when my Windows 7 runs fine without it. Either that, or you remembered wrong.

Hello, I am going to try and restore my whole computer to it's original state. I can download everything again, and I have all of my stories, art, photos, and videos on a USB plugin thing.

It's not all that much really. Just insert the disc, restart your computer, restore the hard drive to factory settings, then it'll do its thing. Then you have to just download drivers for your hardware which won't be hard, it will probably do it for you. And then you have to restore your internet, which idk how to help you with. Would you like me to ask my dad?
