| Soo, as a few may know, last month I went to fifth standard. I love my class. I have good friends and I've good teachers, except one or two. The bad thing is that we are now getting exam papers. I'm cool with it, but the problem is that they are continuous ones. I have been made to cut down on my computer time, and study for two hours a day. It's beginning to stress me out. I only have one test and one exam to go, 'prob's that I've started studying a bit too late. I started studying for my Hindi test one week before it. I had to finish maths one day before the exam. I had only two days to study for my G.SC exam. I did not study English, which was today. And tomorrow is our Sanksrit test and on Monday is my S.SC. It's really a burden on my back. I have never experienced more stress. Luckily I studied hard, and I got 23 half in Math and 23 in Hindi out of 25. So I'm good for now, I haven't got the other marks so I'll tell you later. So I guess your reply will be, "Shut down the computer now and study!" But a few hours is not enough for Sanskrit which is tomorrow. It was fine at the beginning, but I'm panicky now. Help me, Guest! | |

| My advice is to study in a place that you like. If you like your room, you should study there. If you llike your porch, study there. If you study in a place that you don't like, you will become bored and more stressed out. Don't study late at night because you will get tired and forget what you learned. Another tip is to take a break every ten minutes and do something you like, so you feel more relaxed. Almost like a recess . . .
Good luck on your exam! I'm sure you will do great.

| I don't really know much about studying strategies, but here is what I have heard from others. Try to organize your notes as well as you can, and read quickly through whatever sources you have. The more you write down, the more you will remember, and reading quickly will help you to concentrate. I'm sorry that you're feeling so stressed out, maybe try, as Julia said, being somewhere you enjoy, eating something you like, or working with a friend who is studying the same material.
Good luck on the exams! | |

| Unfortunately, i'm no help here. I don't study. You don't have to stress that much over it..if you just know the subject, then you're fine. Think of nothing else. | |

| Oh em jeeee I had a full weeks of exams too at school. When I study, I just walk around the room, singing what I should learn. Now most of my teachers told me, "What exactly is on this study sheet is on the exam". I study for at least an hour at home, and then I study on my way to school and at school before it starts. Though I have a different system for this, only because my school doesn't do it like other schools.
Take breaks inbetween, I'm sure you do that. If you keep studying right away, sometimes you just lose your focus.
I, personally, have never studied for a test at home (I passed because I was listening to my teacher. ;p). So usually if you ever forget to study, take the time off talking to your friends and just keep studying.

| Personally what works for me is studying the night before, the morning of and brushing up on what ever I need to a half hour or so before the test.
I don't get stressed that way and I still pass my exams and tests :3
Good luck to you though, I suggest taking a calm bath to relax after the ordeal is done ^^

| What I suggest you do is study a LITTLE BIT every night- not just the night before a test. Maybe you can come up with your own test or study guide related to the subject you need to study for. Think about the questions that might be on the test and start working on the test/ study guide. You also need to study in a quiet place. It's NOT a good idea to study when the TV is on, or in the same room as your bratty sibling (if you have one). | |

| Oh God thanks guys Soo, today was my Sanskrit exam, and (thankfully) the last one is S.SC and is on Monday, so I have two days to study. YAY Oh and I got my G.SC sheet, and I just lost only half a mark So 24 half on 25 OwO Edit: One good thing is I'm going for a party on Sunday so it takes tension off, and the host (my best friend) is saying to wear a princessy dress- I do not like Disney Princess dresses, and I have nothing that looks like a princes. owo | |
