| Today you guys are going to do THIS coloring, it works best on Game of Thrones screencaps.
What you need THIS .xcf of the coloring.
Step one: Open a 100 x 100 base, grab a picture, scale the picture, and sharpen it. If you have Photoshop download the topaz clean filter to give it that smooth effect. If you have Gimp, download G'MIC, and go to enhancement, under it you'll find smooth (anisotropic), change sharpen to 95 and click apply two times. Now you have your image prepared.
Step two: Duplicate the picture you're using two times, set the first duplicate at soft light 47%, and the second one at screen 47%.
Step three: Add the .xcf file and you get the coloring. And you're done!
