I had nothing to do so I went on Toontown and took a picture of my friend.. then I made this:
My First Graphic.. Fruity10

My first one.. I had to look up alot of tutorials. o:
I used GIMP..

This is good for your first graphic! I think the text is a little hard to see, though..

And I see what you mean I was gonna make it darker but I like bright colors so I left it like that. d:

I think the banner would do without the words. xD Maybe try making the words colorful? I know it's possible to do that on GIMP. I had the program once.

It's a really nice banner, I like it a lot. The thing that bothers me is the arrow pointing at her shirt.

It's a great banner for your first. ^^ Just look through some GIMP effects tutorial, and you can be a great graphic designer.

It's pretty nice, but you need more contrast between the words and the background~

I'm sure you can find wonderful bright colors that could pop out better :3

Try blurring the edges of the toontown figure. Use the blur tool in a small size and just go around the edges. But otherwise this is a very nice graphic!
