oliver is an english vocaloid, that's why his design isn't anime, since it's from another country.

Yea, that's why. Most of the other vocaloids have really similar designs (or at least, those made by Crypton..).

In my opinion, this is his best song. I've heard others by him, but his voice is really clear in this.
