Aqua Life [ROLEPLAY]

He saw the new mermaid. She was also rather pretty, also with long blue hair. Was is something trendy nowadays? Wasn't dying your hair really expensive? Even his parents had trouble allowing him to do so, leaving him with his pink hair. ((i imagine in the ocean it's a lot harder)) He smiled at her, tugging on his necklace rather nervously, he had already messed up in front of two of them, he had to stay calm in front of her. Wait, had she seen? He sure hoped not.
"Ah, hello there. I see you have a Koi fish as well? Mine's somewhere around here, though I typically let her free and go find her later on." He laughed. "My name's Edwin, a prince from the eastern kingdom. And you are?"

"A-Ah, that's very cool, koi fish are very graceful creatures." He smiled, now tugging on bracelets he was wearing, he was full of jewelry, and he changed where he was tugging constantly, right now on hip jewelry. "Uh, how long have you been behind, there, by the way? A gentleman must not keep a lady waiting, I would have come sooner but I didn't see you." This, was, of course, just to see if she had seen his little rant. By god, he just wanted to get back to his kingdom and actually act like himself.

From what Anna had heard that dude was a prince. He's so lucky.

She slowly swam over and grabbed one of his necklaces.

Edwin was about to answer her question when he felt something yank off his neck. He gently touched his neck and noticed something was missing something. A- Had someone taken away his necklace? He flinched, turned over, and noticed a mereagle, swimming away with the necklace. "Hey! Give that back! It's custom made!" He swam over, with agility and grace, looking for the meragle. "I swear, when people do stuff like this it's so annoying! Give it back quickly for less consequences!"

Cynthia laughed inside her head when Edwin screamed at the bird. Why would a bird need a necklace? She also thought it was funny that he probably had millions of pieces of jewelry waiting at home. Of course cynthia wasn't one to judge, she never wore jewelry. So she just stood there, silently laughing.

"THIS IS FUN." Anna yelled at the weird dude chasing her. He was faster than her though. Most Bird-Fish are fast but not as fast as that dude. She swam over to the mermaid that had been hiding in the bushes.
"CATCH!!!!" Anna screamed and threw it at her.

"That's a lot of people," commented Nisa as she sat on a rock and watched the group. There was a bird-fish amongst the merfolk. Nisa had never seen one of those creatures, but she has heard they were incredibly fast. Obviously not fast enough to outrun that merperon, she thought.

Edwin was really frustrated, he attempted to catch it while it was flying to the other blue haired mermaid but it missed, "Hey! Why, you- I- I'll give you some other necklace if you want, just please not that one!" His face did look genuinely nervous, though with the seconds it seemed to be turning into a more angry one. "Honestly! Do you even know the price of the necklace? Not to mention it was made especially for me, people will get confused if you wear it! For the good of the kingdom!"

"Good of the kingdom?" Was that merperson a prince? Nisa quietly changed into a little fish and swam over to the group. This was a good plan for spying, thought Nisa.

"Oooh! A fish!" Anna commented. She breathed out ice like a dragon to look cool.
"THE CHASE HAS BEGUN!" Anna yelled.

The bird was trying to kill her! Nisa quickly changed into a whale shark. "Don't make me swallow you," she threatened, opening her mouth to display her 3,000 teeth.

"Hm, a whale shark. . . meh." Anna commented.
"Not as delicious, but it'll do." Anna declared. She sprung into action, spraying ice everywhere.
I am the dragon. Anna thought to herself.
"WATCH OUT MERPERSONS!" She called to the people

Nisa was going to shield herself with her hands until she remembered that she was a whale. She went back to normal and covered her face. "Stop spraying!" she shouted.

"DARN IT." Anna shouted
"YOU LOOKED SO DELICIOUS, I SHOULD'VE KNOWN!" Anna yelled. Anna pecked one of her fingers.
"Reveeeengeeee." Anna mumbled

"What?" Nisa was so confused. She knew she shouldn't have joined this group. "I'm sorry, alright?" She began swimming away.

Edwin looked at the new mermaid. He scowled. "Shape-Shifters... We're you trying to spy? Or perhaps go steal more of my jewelry, like this birdfish." He looked furious. "Can the person that currently has it please give it back? I'll give you a necklace. Or an earring, or I'll take you with me for when I'm killing sailors or I'll even kiss you if you're one of those girls." He was turning a pinkish-red, kind of matching his hair colour.

"I wasn't spying," responded Nisa, turning back to face the merperon. "I was just very curious and wanted to hear your conversation." She eyed the bird-fish. "You couldn't get your necklace back from a bird-fish? Wow."

"Whoa," breathed Nisa. "What just happened?" She looked around. Everyone looked the same. Well, the prince merperson had his necklace back.

From a bird fish Those words echoed through her mind.
I'm not bothered by that She thought. I'll just get her back later.
She had had her fun. Now for round two. Anna noticed one of the girls had the necklace. An idea popped into her mind.
"KISS HER!!!! KISS HER!!!!" Anna taunted the prince pointing at the girl with the necklace.

Meredith watched in confusion as the events unfolded. First the prince kinda freaked out (which she had to admit, that startled her) and then this bird fish stole his necklace? And there were two other mermaids now. She was a bit confused but decided she could catch up on everything soon enough. "So... uhh... nice to errr meet you all?" Meredith said trying to break the ice and calm peoples nerves. Everyone seemed tense, and the bird fish thing unsettled her for some odd reason.

She swam over back to the newly formed group. She put a smile on her face, though she really didn't feel like smiling. But what was this the bird fish was talking? Yelling was more like it. What a peculiar and obnoxious creature. she thought.

"Awkard," whispered Nisa. She turned to the mermaid. She hadn't seen her before. "Hi, I'm Nisa," she said and extended her hand.

"Hey there. Glad to see you came back from dream land. How was your trip?" Anna said to a mermaid that had looked frozen in time for the past 2 minutes.
