Ok so today I had gym and we had to run around the track and ever since my throat has been hurting like crazy I have been drinking lots of water but I am still thirsty I swear I have drank at least 5 cups of water in the last hour.

Don't over drink water yourself. xD I hope your throat feels better, I get that way after I run on treadmills and elliptical.

Aww I hope your throat gets better. A nice night of sleep and many cups of water should make your throat stop hurting too much. If that doesn't work, I don't know, do you feel sick? If so, then try taking medicine.

I do have allergies and they are acting up right now. Maybe it is from sniffing my nose so much.

Its weird because my throat and nose was hurting because my nose was stuffed and it was hard to swallow with the my throat like this.After I washed my hair my nose wasn't stuffed anymore now this morning ever since I woke up my throat still hurts a bunch pale
