Glow Text

Well first they probably used GIMP (Like me).
And It's really hard to explain how to do it.
Maybe you can look up some tutorials?

The tutorials are really difficult do you mind doing some screen shots?

You can do it in PowerPoint too.
well the problem is saving it as an image.

Use Ribbet, go to Frames, select the curved edges one.

Here is how i do it it might be diffrent[Sorry if its not helpful and it has no pictures ]:
1. Open Up gimp and make a text
2. Right-Click the layer: The layer should have a t thing like this:
3. When you right click it, find something that says ''Alpha to selction''
4. Click select then click grow, IT has to have those line things for it to work
The grow thing is where the glow is going to be i recomend putting it to 2 or 3
5.Make a new layer
6. Click your new layer, and choose a color then you click the bucket tool and fill it
7. Click the rectangle button and click anywhere just once make sure it dosnt make a box
8. Click the new layer and put it under the text layer
9. Go to filters >blur> gaussian blur
10. put it to 5.0 or 7.0 or 6.0 I recommend those these even though it shows a little glow
11. Click the new layer now which has the glow and rightclick it and duplicate it
12. Keep Dulpicating til you think it's enough glow
