| Hi ok so I tried using m's tutorial for making a banner. Well whenever I try I the textures never combine with the picture they just go over it and over lap am I doing something wrong or is just my textures? Example: - Spoiler:

| You have to use the layer modes such as soft light, hard light, grain extract, etc. | |

| You need to play with the things like maybe do soft light , or maybe overlay.You can't just use one and say it isn't working if you haven't tried the rest yet.
Plus , you need to add more textures to it.I don't mean to hurt your feelings or anything but it looks plain.Try adding little hearts , clip art , or little designs and stuff c: | |

Step 2:  Step 3:  Step 4:  Step 5:  NOTE: I know you probably heard me speaking about Opacity in the steps.Maybe thats it try putting it down and it slowly disappears and it won't show much black likes mines turned out fine when I put the opacity down. | |
