Zoo America with girl scouts (forgot the date)

Today I went to Zoo America. it is a zoo, that is in my fave amusment park. I went with my girl scout troup. We saw bears, barn owls, skunks, river otters, snakes, snapping turtles, and more! I got a smore too. There were giant cookies on the top. i ate soo much that I think I can't stand thought of food anymore. At the gift shop, I got a toy owl. I got to touch a falcon and a lizard. it was so fun today!

You are lucky, the closest I got to a bird of prey was in a reserve and it was on this guys hand which was right by my shoulder. No touching it sadly.
But sounds fun.

don't be scared to touch animals! The lizard felt scaley but not gross and slimmy. I felt the soft feathers on the bird and the bones. I guess it would feel different with wild animals not in a zoo because the ones they had there could not survive in the wild (a real owl was hit by a car but survived, one had a broken foot, but they are better now) after that I had to use hand sanitizer. and yes, the stuffed animal is really fuzzy!
