I'm assuming this is a chibi, due to the round head and cheeky expression
Make the body more detailed, add her arms. Her hair is somewhat flat looking, but it's cute.
If you were going for a more anime style, make the edges of her chin pointed. Look at litsa references.
But wow this is so good! |

Yea. It looked fine while I was doing it but then I look at it and it is kinda messy. I think its just the face thats messy though. I think I did the best on the hair.

Wow. I didnt think it was going to to be this good but this is one of my best drawings and colourings. Eeep. Im happy. I really like this.
 As nice as it is, I love this, but you did the hair lines randomly. Make it look realistic, make the lines like they would look like in real life. TBH I think it would look better without but I love your drawings |

| That looks real good! But if you're using muro don't blur, use layers to color, and stay inside the lines. Like DarkManor said make the lines in the hair go the way the hair goes, you know? - Like this (sorry for kind of scribbling on your art):
