its really good. the shading is really great,and you have the right idea.. i would say that you should work on adding in more details like eye lashes,double eyelid (unless the eye is asain..not saying all asians have no double eyelid) and maybe eyebrow.although i do think this is super good for your first drawing on your tablet. keep in mind this a critique , i wasn't trying to be rude or anything...just trying to help
