braces...

I have had braces for a seven months, and I'm pretty sure my teeth are getting at least SLIGHTLY straighter.

But I'd like to know if anyone else has braces?
And I'd like to know what you're experiences have

I've had braces for a little over 2 years. I hate them. They hurt so much I want to burn them off my teeth, and I can't have gummy bears. They're probably going to come off in a month or two, and I can't wait.

Lol, me and my braces are okay with each other, until I go to a tightening tHEN IT'S WARRR. And I actually have had gummy bears with them on ((shhhhhhhhh 9_9)

Akwardly, I got braces last week. I was in terrible pain, and could only drink soup.
Every time I moved my mouth, I needed wax for my teeth. ;w; The only reason why it hurts so much for me is because I have really messy teeth. The dentist may need to pull some out and I need them for 2 years, but I have no idea. My braces are pink and blue.

OMIGOSH!! The first few weeks I had my braces on were torture, all I ate was pudding and other soft foods like ice cream, apple sauce, and smoothies. It will get better though, and my teeth are super messed up too (I have and over bite and my back teeth couldn't grow in cus my mouth closed too far.)

I had braces for 17 months. Prior to them, I had to use an expander. Ugh, it was awful. Lucky you didn't need it. Oddly enough, I didn't mind my braces. You can eat the "prohibited" food so long as you clean it out well, really.

I tried to chew gum with them in then they broke so my parents got mad and sued the company for cheap product and they won. Now we have an extra 5,000$ but of course they won't spend..

You aren't supposed to chew gum with them... I was warned countless times.
