I think I tore one of my hamstring muscles ; A ; I couldn't sprint as fast as I usually do or even jog during track practice and there was this continuous sharp pain around the bottom of my thigh whenever I walked on it or stretched it. It's probably a Grade 1 or 2 injury since I can still walk but I have to limp sometimes. The stupid thing? I kept sprinting even though the pain kept going on, I should have told one of the coaches but I didn't. I am so irresponsible. I blame it on myself, I didn't stretch except for jogging. Now I have no idea how long it will heal before practice is on Monday again. I just hope the tear in my muscles aren't severe, otherwise I'd have to miss practice and possibly see a doctor for serious medical attention :T At least I hope you guys are having a better day than I am ^.^;
