Its cute! Your only 10 and besides when I was your age, I couldn't pixel at all. You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. It takes a little practice.

Okay so you pillow shaded. That's not a good thing. Try finding a light source, like from the left and stuff. Trust me, some people give a ridiculous amount of hate for pillow shading.
The eyes need whites, replace the black ring with white.

And I can't think if anything else, good job!
