Badest.Day.Ever 1/29/13

I just hate this day!!!I hate myself too!!! > Okay,well lets start about now then ill tell you my day.Okay,so I usually sleep with my moms iphone because it helps me sleep at night AKA I cannot sleep by myself because im terrified of the dark.
Usually,when I sleep alone I get nightmares,I sweat A LOT,I see figures and stuff and I just freak out.

So,I was watching this video on her phone when my sister said my mom said to bring her phone back,I got so mad because she wouldn't let me keep her freaking phone.
Now,I am just angry at myself and her because if she really cared she would let me keep the phone now ill probably be up all night because of my nightmares.I'm mad at myself because I am a little wossy and I can't sleep by myself and im 12 turning 13 in like 11 months!!!

Now,my day:
School was fine,theres this kid who looks like Harry Styles so I call him that he,now that kid wanted to fight the other kid bleh bleh bleh.
Now when I go to the library I write a letter to the principal and then print out some photos.When I got home I ate used the computer I did Tinychat with rainbow and had loads of funn!!!Now,I am so mad and worried because of the amount of sleep ill get.

Do you guys know what to do to help me sleep by myself with no worries?

Oh poor you! I'm afraid of the dark too (:
My day? Well I went to school, and went to my art class. There I drew and such :3
Then I came home and took a five hour nap! I just woke up about fifteen minutes ago!
Well, that's my day, but I hope you get some sleep!

Yea ,sometimes when I come home from school exhausted I take a nap and wake up at like 7 :3

Thanks,this is just really stressing because I wake up at 7:00 brush my hair shower eat then chill then leave and I have to walk a pretty long distance ....

usually when im exhausted i just fall asleep without even thinking of what im afraid of.

but i dont know how to solve your problem exactly?? my best advice is to just make it a habit to sleep in your bed alone.

oh god i think im the only one who is not scared of the dark? lolol just close your eyes and drink plenty of milk and count sheep or whatever they do like imagine a night sky or a light sky with grass and a fence and sheep jumping to the other side and count them .-.

I used to be really afraid of the dark, and used to sleep with my mom. Now, I read until I can barely keep my eyes open, so that way the minute I out my book down I fall asleep.

I'm not afraid of the dark, so I don't have any advice for you.
