How to make Abstract Art

This is just something I do when I'm bored.



Step One: Open up MS Paint.

Step Two: Choose a color scheme, or colors that look good together. Keep those colors in mind.

Step Three: Select one of your colors and then select the pencil tool, any size but it has to be a pencil.

Step Four: Scribble all over your paper. All over.

Step Five: Now get those colors. Fill in each shape that you made with your kindergarten scribbling. Eventually you'll get something like this:

Open:

Wow! You're a professional artist!

Yes that and I got bored easily. Herp derp.

its nice but in reality abstract art isnt just plain for wacky designs. its supposed to represent something, but in a different perspective than what others would see. this can be abstract art, but i wouldnt spend all my time doing just this.

ah, it looks pretty. i might try it out one time. or now, maybe? Perhaps, perhaps~

I think that was the only name she could think of.
When Elly (yes it's Elly now) showed me she called it "Modern Art"
And why yes, I am a professional artist.

Mmm yes. It could also be kind of called "stained glass" art since it looks like that?

yeah. but im not saying it isnt abstract art, it totally is!! it just isnt what i would make an entire art gallery out of, if you ask me.

This is a version of abstract - but abstract is something more.

Although, arbstract can tell a story or a gallery of it may have a theme. It may look like completely random things, then when carefully looked at it will have a purpose. You draw what you FEEL in no ordinary matter. There is no pattern when drawing in the form of abstract. You don't use any specific tecnniques. You become the art - you turn the art into a piece of you.

This is a nice tutorial! I will try it out some day!
