Iris clicked the power button and the TV sputtered before turning off. She sighed and pushed her violin into it's case before standing up and looking outside. It was early morning, and a quilt of fog covered the dewdrop-sprinkled grass. She sighed and trudged downstairs where a brilliant multicolored fire had been started. Her mother was drinking some strange blue juice and her father was preparing for going to their bee-farm. Iris said her good mornings to them both and waltzed to the kitchen where she grabbed some cereal and milk. It felt like it was going to be a long day.

Quinn -

Quinn sat up on the grey and dull couch, she rubbed her eyes and blinked a few times to wake herself. A light grey dog with a black spot on its eye jumped onto Quinn's lap and licked her face.

"Hi Spade, girl." Quinn giggles and rubs behind Spade's ears, "Let's go check on the others."

Quinn got up and let Spade, her dog, run towards a giant room with a dark grey door. She twisted the doorknob and a few grey budges started flying out, full speed.

"If only you guys had color." She whispers to herself with a frown, "Or whatever it's called. Maybe the president changed it."

Quinn has a lot of animals as pets, she lets them free and lets them do what they want. Though, they would look much better with more color or whatever it's called.

People call her the animal freak, she loves animals and is even a veterinarian. But it hurts her feelings since she's too sensitive and weak that she would break down into tears easily.

Keiko meekly opened her eyes, the sun glaring like a widespread ball of fire in the middle of the blue tranquil sky in the morning. Outside, sidewalks gleamed with aburn colors, and violet balloons floated toward the little kids. Huge, vibrant cars raced around black as night roads. Keiko shut her eyes almost immediently after she saw the color.

Unique shut off the TV with a groan. She didn't want to hear what the government had to say. She grabbed her guitar and began to quietly strum it and sing softly to herself, then stopped after her mom came into her room and threw a pillow at her. Unique laughed. "I wasn't even playing loudly." Her mom mumbled something, smiled, and went back to her room closing the door behind her. Unique rolled her eyes and continued anyways.

After Iris munched down her breakfast she quickly got dressed in one of her many crazy outfits. Before she went to the auditorium, as she called it, she gave a big plump kiss on the cheek to her mom and dad. She said goodbye, told them she would be back by lunch and hurried outside, carrying her violin case. She whistled softly to one of the tunes she would soon be playing.
