Anyway, after watching Manor make one I decided to make one myself.

I don't really know what I'm doing, so if this isn't a banner at least it's a pretty picture.

That funny little parrot is emmil's (http://emmil.deviantart.com/) lovebird pet named Papao. Check out her lovebird photos they're really cute.

Its really cute. It counts as a banner of course since its purpose is to be in a signurature

I recommend adding more texture-ish patterns and effects so yeah

Also how do you make a fading out border or a black one or just any kind?
