| I bet I'm not the only one on the forum who knows an author named Jordan Sonnenblick! He is the visiting author for my school this year. He was here yesterday and today. Today, we were able to do these activities with him. I chose to do Writer's Workshop. In Writer's Workshop, we had to 'imitate' his writing style. He read the first page to one of his books, which is 'Zen and the Art of Faking it', then we had to do a writing piece 'imitating' that style. Jordan said we had to use a topic that we could complain about. Here is what I wrote: - Spoiler:
Have you ever had that someone that won't stay off your back? I have, and let me tell you, it's not enjoyable- a person following you wherever you go and constantly trying to talk to you. That can really tick someone off, or possibly make them enraged. You might be walking in the school hallway and someone pokes you in the side. You may be doing your schoolwork and the same person keeps calling your name. Ignoring them can help, right?

So I am walking out the front door of my house feeling the terrible feeling of dread. Today is going to be fine, just fine!
