| Sooo I had not been on the computer for a few days in the week. In the week at school, I did loooootssss of things! I will put them in a spoiler since I write long things. Monday was a normal day so I am skipping that. - Tuesday:
I had career day. I went to the acting place, since they did not have so many jobs to choose from. We did a small play, it was really fun!
- Wednessday (long):
We went to this big place that was outside and over our hill at our school. It is basicly a giannnnnnnt area of grass with a few trees, ponds, etc. There are 2 buildings and a woods. It's so big! We went there for a whole day, and we were learning about space. The first station was the star dome. - it looked like this but without the words on it and it is a lot bigger:
It looked crappy from the outside. We (my homeroom is with me in every station) learned about constellations first before going in. I studied them before so I knew about most of them. Then, we went inside. we crawled in, and it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dark!!! I could not see anything. We had to side on the sides, because in the middle the only thing you could see would be a lamp with stars on it. The lamp looked really 3D! The teachers came in and turned on the projecter with showed stars. To tell the truth, I can't tell much about what they tought us. It was so lifelike and dark, I could not take it. The person next to me was dizzy. I felt like I was throwing up, I had a head ache, it was hard for me to see, and it was hard for me to breathe. (Theres always a bad part to my day lol. Also, I don't have asthma, it is just hard for me to breathe in blow up things?? IDK why. I had to go out, but of course it hurt so much I could not even find the entrence out. So embarrising! I looked at a constellation book while everyone else was in the star dome, and it felt a lot better. Our next station was watching a video about planets. It talked about sizes of planets, the dorf planets (Eris, Pluto, etc), and the types of planets. I laughed really hard for some reason??? I guess it is because I was the only one in homeroom who knew all of what they were saying already. I know I study too much so people think I am a show off. Our next station was outside, and it was the fazes of the moon. We learned about the fazes, and for some reason ate Oreos...We had lunch, and it was outside too. Our lunch was pretty much eating, begging for other peoples twinkies that they had for a long time, and being dared to look in the outside bathroom stall. We learned more about constellations, then left.
Nothing happened on Thursday. - ON FRIDAY (long):
We had a field trip to Washington DC! Since DC was a couple hours away from us, we got on this fancy "WOLF" bus.. - What it looked like:
They had nice seats for 2 people, video players, foot rests, and a bathroom! We watched Night of the museum on the way there. When we got there, my group walked to the lincon momoreal. We ate there. On our way back to somewhere else in DC, there was a carousel ride! I paid $3.50 to go on it. A lot of money, but it was worth it! The ride was long, and there were lots of horses. Pink horses, yellow horses, blue horses, a dragon horse, heck there was even a tea cup you could spin! It was so worth it. We went to the american history musium, and saw lots of stuff. We saw Kermit the frog, Gabby gabby dougla's leotard from when she was little, war zones, Dorthys shoes, and more. Then we went to the air and space museum. "What did you see there?" You ask, I saw some cool stuff, but instead of talking about that, I got to feel something! I paid to get into a rocket simulator with 2 other people my age. It felt so real on the inside. There were no seat belts, but a bar to hold onto. There were no cracks in the doors and walls, the door made cool sounds when it opened and closed, and there was a giant screen infront of you. It was AWESOME. I had a rocket pop when I was out of the museum. When I finished, I went into another museum with dinosaurs. I bought a sea turtle thing, a hat, and a lollipop for my sister to give to her when she would come back home. It was cool to see dinosaurs, but I almost had a heart attack when I saw the sea life section. THERE WAS EVERYTHING. From (not real animals, but stuff on them)Whales, Dolphins, Squids, Jelly Fish, Sea turtles, and more!! Later at 4:00 PM I got food. We ate in a giant sun room. There was another floor, but there were no walls. There was a small fence though. I was on the bottom floor, and doing funny things with the people in my school in other groups on the higher floor. We loaded the bus. We drive back but it felt really long. We got back at school at 8:00 PM. Really late. Anyway, that was pretty much my trip.
Today was nothing pretty much. Sorry it was long, I just got excited. I am on moble too, so spelling is bad. I don't have auto correct on, too. | |
