Band banquet~ June 1st 2013

Yo!

So tonigh at 7 I get to go to my band's banquet. Basically, what we do is eat food everyone brings, here a few speeches get a few rewards and have loads of fun!

I bought a dress (from Goodwill of course c:) because the attire is supposed to be formal and I didn't want to use the one I wore last year lol. I'm currently painting my nails to match my dress and I have no clue how my hair and makeup will go (guess I will wing it lol).

I'm really hoping I get a "senior award". This where seniors get certificates for certain things another person in the band would most likely do or something like that. The senior then gets the certificate and presents I at the end of th banquet to the person it's for (: it's rally funny a lot of the Tim and everyone loves it! Last year I didn't get one though, so I hope I get one this year.

So what about you guys?

Also that isn't a silly question c: I've marched in my schools marching band both this year and last year. Next year I won't be marching though because I'll b the drum major (the person who would conduct to everyone on the field). Sucks... But I won't have to remember any "dots".

My band has something similar to this every year too, but it's a bit boring to me.
