Which is better? Pros and cons

So I was wondering since some of you guys have photoshop or ps and some of you guys have paint tool sai. What is the pros and cons of them and what makes them different? (pro=good con=bad) please write some stuff I want to know which is better and why.

Well I have both and PhotoShop is REALLY confusing I can't even figure out how to draw with it!!!! Paint Tool Sai is easier in my opinion and its made for drawing and you easily know where the brushes and art tools are. So I think Paint Tool Sai is better for drawing.

sai -
much better for drawing imo but both are good (pro)
brush settings are super customizable and adjustable (pro)
you can flip the angle to pictures to make drawing it much easier, adjust the stabilizer (perfect if you have a shaky hand like me ; u ;), and there's
you can't really edit pics on it (con)

ps -
more advanced (idk if you see this as a pro or con :p)
can do more than just drawing (like editing pics and stuff) (pro)
no stablilzer (con)

personally, i like to draw on paint tool sai and use ps cs5 for editing, but that's just my opinion. ^^
