Anime discussion with my mom 7/29/13

So today my mom was wondering what i wanted to be for halloween already. (Yeah my mom likes planning ahead.) i said i wanted to do some cosplaying. She said that it would be fine so i picked some vocaloid characters. She said that it was fine. She also asked which anime it was from. Like was it from netflix or something else. I said youtube and she now wants to see it. She also said she enjoys watching anime on netflix. I was a bit surprised about that. She said that she is glad that i enjoy it. She also really wants to do a hatsune miku cosplay.

Your mom is way awesomer than my mom. Even though my mom talks about anime with me (she has no interests in it, but I talk to her about it) and she just goes along with it.

I want to cosplay for Halloween, but maybe next year since I have to reuse my costume this year. Maybe next year I'll be Homura from PMMM since we look alike (and she's the best mahou shoujo ever no offense to anyone).

i want to dress as hatsune miku but my dad thinks its too feminine

i always make bad costumes from homemade stuff. ive laready been a ghost im thinking this year ill be a lamp

I'm really scared to ask my parents or try to get them into anime because I'm afraid that they won't approve of them. Or ask them to buy me a cosplay outfit.

I mean, I show my mom anime and stuff but she's like "OMG HOW CAN YOU WATCH THIS IT'S SO HEAVY" So I'm never, EVER showing her Dangan Ronpa.
But I already have my Madoka cosplay, and it's really awesomesauce.

That is so cool! I am not gonna Cosplay because I think I would look silly cosplaying as a 14+ year old and since I am tall for my age ( and hate it! ) I can't Cosplay as someone my age...though Maybe I should Cosplay as Henrietta from Gunslinger Girl?

I'm 12 and 5 foot 8 and I still go trick or treating~ You can still hand out candy with a cool costume... sets the mood
