Lacadia (RP)

Rae began to get ready to leave the city for the day to fight mobs. Before she left though, she had to find someone. That someone was no one other than Jakobus! It was always fun defeating monsters with him. Not to mention that in her opinion, they were very powerful together.

Sligen sighed. She had been attempting to patch up one of Percy's shirts that had been torn, to no avail. She'd been using her mother's old thread and needles. However, she couldn't get the thread into the needle, and when she could, it would always slide out. Frustrated, she dropped the needle, and decided she'd do this later. She glanced outside. Judging by the sunlight, she decided it was time for lunch. "Percy, Jackson!" She called. Soon, her siblings came staggering downstairs, one tying her black hair into a ponytail, the other yawning. She groaned. They were always so unprepared. "It's time for lunch. Sit down." she said, pointing to the wooden table.

Jakobus smirked, picking up his large krug of beer and raising it to his lips. His smirk widened as he looked at his opponent, a helpless looking amateur, really. He could hear the voices of the people around him, repeatedly yelling the words, "Chug! Chug! Chug!" over and over again, something which only raised his confidence. He heard the bartender count, "Three...two...one...GO!", and with the last word Jakobus dumped the contents of the krug down his throat as quickly as possible, side glancing to his opponent once every couple of seconds to make sure he remained ahead. When the beer krug was completely empty, he slammed it down beside him, smiling confidently at his opponent who was still gulping down the remaining sips of his beer before letting out a loud burp of victory.

"What's for lunch?' Percy asked, fiddling with her black ponytail as she took a seat. Jackson joined her, sitting across from her, ruffling his black hair. Sligen ignored Percy, and wandered into the kitchen, taking out the loaf of bread and butter. She placed it on the table. "Eat up!" She said, cutting the bread into slices.

Iris cheered along with the pool of people.  A warm atmosphere and colors surrounding her-- orange, red, yellow.  The winner looked too confident for his own good-- she assumed around his early twenties or so.  The pub was mostly accompanied by middle-aged men with nothing really better to do.  With that sort of crowd she stood out wildly, looking like a rough stroke on a masterpiece.

Rae finally came to one conclusion after a while of searching:
Jakobus was probably at the bar.
This honestly did not trouble her. In her opinion, Jakobus worked pretty hard some days. He deserved a day or two off. Rae decided to go to the bar, just to make sure he was there. She silently crept inside. The room smelt of drugs and alcohol. Obviously, this was to no surprise. It was a bar. What else would you expect?
Eventually, she found Jakobus. In front of him was a rather large empty glass. Rae could only guess that there was once beer in it. She took a glance to the person next to him, also with a very large empty glass. Was he in yet another drinking competition? God only knows.

It was one of those mornings. It was somewhat foggy out, and a little on the chilly side of things. As Kiden exited the warm, loving (but not really) walls of his home, his first thought was to go to the bar. Hopefully he could just end up in the familiar atmosphere without any issues today. Besides, he was not really in the mood for fighting monsters. IF anything, he just wanted to hang out at the bar and do nothing.
He walked down the path of the city, nothing mildly interesting anywhere. As he made his way into the bar, he saw that there was only a few other people in. He walked in and took a seat with them.

Lachè walked around town, bored as a boring owl. He then saw a pub, and because he was, well, bored, he went in. He saw a drinking contest and even more drinking contests. He joined one of the crowds and began to slightly cheer, even though he couldn't see a thing behind the large amount of people.

He was given a few coins of the common currency by his opponent, which he then turned in for another large krug of beer. The bartender counted out the coins and, satisfied, he gave Jakobus the beer. Jakobus eagerly raised the beer to his lips, though some of it sloshed out of the top of the krug due to the drunken movements on Jakobus' part.
After he had taken a couple of sips of his drink, Jakobus decided to get up and attempt to stretch his legs out a bit. He didn't want to be passing out on anyone, and especially not at the actual bar of the place. He let out another burp as he got up, not bothering to excuse himself. The majority of the other people in the bar were men much older than himself and it wasn't like any of them had so much as decent manners anyway.
As he drunkenly made his way through the bar, he ended out managing to trip over the back of one of his feet, his beer krug falling to the ground with him as he feel. The glass shattered into several pieces, beer spilling out all over the place and partially flooding the bar's floors. He grumbled a few curses to himself, trying to get back up but instead slipping in the beer and landing on his face once more.

Iris, (un?)fortunately in the front of the crowd, witnessed the drunk winner's mishaps. He'd fallen on his face twice and spilled beer, which she knew was embarassing without actually experiencing. She took a few steps over to him and kneeled down, pulling a napkin out her boot. "That was a nice one you pulled there," she complimented, picking up glass pieces. "but maybe you should calm down for now, no? You're a bit tipsy." She planned on getting more napkins once the man was up and alright.

Rae jumped up out of the small crowd. To her shock, Jakobus was on the ground with a shattered glass right next to him. Looking over, she saw a kurosu ranger picking up the glass next to him. Relief filled Rae's body. At the very least he wouldn't roll over onto the glass. She headed towards Jakobus, and stammered out a small "Are you alright?" to him. Rae held out her hand in offer to help him up.

Takia walked swiftly past the noisy pub, the roars of a small group of people dying down and the distinct sound of shattered glass ringing in her ears. She rolled her eyes and moved on thinking about what a waste of time and money it was for those who were undoubtedly regulars there. For who else would be there so early? As she made her way winding through the many alleys and streets she passed a small inn where she noticed a tall, old man with an even taller and older walking cane come out speaking with a younger man holding a multitude of books. Knowing who the old man was she smiled and waved, catching his attention and receiving a smile in return. She neatly bowed her head and moved on sure that Uriel, the old man who was in turn her greatest ally and teacher, was looking for books on heaven's knows what.

Sarah was walking over to the bar, from her house, and from where she was she could hear the commotion in there. She ran over there to see what was up, and she saw a drunken man in there. She went over to a boy (Laché) who was average size, around 5'8. "Hey," Sarah said, "You enjoying the show?"

Takia, aimlessly walking, circled back to the pub and sat down, leaning against a building, facing the pub. She wanted to see who the drunkard was, the one who had caused quite the uproar from a building that was, truthfully, not that large and was normally not filled to the brim so early... of course that didn't mean it wasn't full. She knew travelers frequented the place as did assassins, thieves... once even some famous poet or something was there wasting away. She didn't know this because she went there very much... but when she needed a drink, a place to get away from Uriel, or somewhere to even con someone out of a some money the pub was where she went.

He shook his head at her groggily before replying in a slow, dragged-out manner, "Nah, I should be fine." He was able to manage /successfully/ getting to his feet this time, brushing his clothes off as he stood. "I've done this quite a few times in the past year or so, so it's really no big deal." he stated, shrugging slightly before continuing, "I'll clean this up so don't worry about it, okay?" He attempted to smile reassuringly, though he was sure it just ended out making him look more drunk than he already was.

Goden sat in a dark corner of the bar, sipping from a mug and observing the drinking contests being held. He didn't enjoy bars quite as much as he used to. The musky smell of alcohol only gave him a headache, but he was in a hurry. Downing the last of his drink, he stood and prepared to leave. He pulled his hood over his head, and started making his way through the drunken crowds.

"No matter to me.  Even if you're not tipsy, you're probably lightheaded." she stated.  Once the napkin from her boot was full of glass, she was quickly up on her feet.  "I'll go get more napkins." It wasn't like she had anything better to do than fight, and she wasn't in the mood then.  She travelled through a few people and quickly got to the counter of the pub.  With everyone's conversations taking place at the same time, all the noises in the bar were muffled. Iris could only recognize a few words from the people near her.

What just happened? Is Jakobus alright? Thoughts kept racing through Rae's head. Suddenly, she made a loud stomp and shook her head. Pushing quite heavy and drunken men out of the way, she rushed up towards Jakobus. "Jakobus! Are you alright?" Small glass shards caught the corner of her eye along with beer splattered everywhere. "What happened?"
Despite her being taller than the average woman in Tanra, the men were still much taller and bigger than Rae. She couldn't quite see over them. All that she had heard was a thump followed by a crash.

On the pub were about two stacks of white napkins, placed neatly and perfectly in between wooden racks. She quickly grabbed about an inch of napkins, which seemed like enough to clean up the spill. The whole situation seemed quite fun to her, despite the man denying he was drop dead drunk-- way past tipsy. As she rushed over back to the clearing with the man's spill, she hit several people. "Pardon me, there's an issue!" she yelled once she finally got to the clearing.

Goden scowled as an olive toned woman pushed him aside yelling something that sounded like a name. The sooner he got out of this place, the better.

Jakobus just stood there for a couple of seconds looking dumbfounded. Allowing the woman to fetch the cleaning products for his mess just made him feel rude and, on top of that, she had showed what had seemed to be actual concern for his well-being, something that just made him feel irritated with himself.
His thoughts were abruptly interrupted by a familiar voice yelling something to him, and he turned around only to see what appeared to be Rae attempting to peek over the heads of the crowd that had gathered around the commotion. He quickly started to make his way over to her, though his movements were sort of all over the place and he would occasionally run head-on into someone before muttering a quiet 'sorry' and continuing to struggle through the crowd. Unfortunately, this time he wasn't as lucky and puked all over the man (or had it been a woman?) that he had run into.

Goden was at loss for words. Some drunken man had just thriwn up on him. His head was a mixture of anger and confusion. Blinking a few times, he pushed the man back (probably a bit to roughly) and glared at him.
Great.
Now he had to stay in this city longer.

Jakobus attempted an immediate recover out of the man's chest, something which only caused him to throw up more on the man. After he was sure he was finished, he slowly moved his head away from the man and wiped some of the puke off of his own face with one of his sleeves.
"Oh my god...uh, oh my god..." Jakobus began, feeling intimidated by the man and not really knowing what to say. "I'm uh, really sorry...man...I didn't mean to..." Jakobus stuttered, feeling himself turn red as he managed to further embarrass himself with his attempted apology.

"Gone." she muttered to herself as she noticed the man wasn't there anymore. After shrugging, she picked up more pieces of glass, picking them up with a napkin and placing them on another. If she didn't do it, no other drunk man in the bar would. She promised herself that she would clean up the mess and have another drink from the counter, and finally go home.

Goden scowled as the man stuttered out an apology. He took some napkins from a nearby table and manages to wipe some of the puke off.
"Don't worry about it." Goden said gruffly. Now that he looked closer, this man was much younger than the other people in the bar. More like a kid to be honest.
