first day of school [8/19/13]

Um yeah I decided to make this quick topic before getting ready for tommorow.

Anyway I'm pretty happy with the classes and teachers so far.

Homeroom is great since I've got one of my best friends there and we sit almost next to each other (diagonally). Plus our homeroom teacher is a science teacher during the regular periods (eight grade I think), and he has all these animals around the room. Some fish (soon to also hold turtles) and also a ball python, leopard gecko, iguana, anole, bearded dragons (I really want one), and a cute little rat that's the most adorable thing ever.

There was only three more periods, technology/computer applications civics and l.a., but we didn't really do anything except review the syllabus which got kind of boring listening to the same rules over and over again.

I did get to see almost all of my old friends again, I'm going over to my bf's house tomorrow so that's something to look forward too. She's allowed to paint stuff on her room's walls and I'm going to paint Derpy for her :D

And ahah your homeroom teacher sounds cool, reminds me of my 6th grade science teacher, he had a bunch of fish, gecko's, and cockroaches (eeww).

Thanks, I hope so too. and you know what you've reminded me of I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A WHOVIAN. She's actually a sort-of friend of mine (in one of my bf's friend circles). Yeah I found out over instagram and when she saw me in class she was like "Rufi!" and sat down next to me so instant bfs (well not really bfs but yeah)

Maaaaan, we don't go to school until the end of August

I'm glad you had a fun first day of school, my school doesn't start till September. I'm glad you are in a homeroom with one of your best friends.

That sounds so great! I wish my friends could go to my school. mine are all going to different schools.

Aah I'm happy that you had fun at school!
I started school just a few days ago. My homeroom teacher talks waaaay to much. While the other classes actually did educational stuff for the first five days, we just talked and talked.
Your homeroom teacher sounded like a teacher from my old school! He had a lot of animals in his room and one time, the fire alarm went off in there because of the animals.

I would love to have a friend that's a Whovian. All of my school friends last year thought the doctor looks ugly or hates the show but never watched it or saw the first episode and thought it was dumb OTL
