I think it be a swell idea. For example, people can not only have an overall anime topic but one where they can talk about one anime specifically? Not only will people be able to discuss it in one place but other's have a place where they know they can find information about the anime and not accidentally run into a spoiler.

Yes, exactly. I think we should sticky the "bigger" disscussion topics and leave the fandom disscussions unstickied.

yes but my point in lets say there's an unstickied HG topic and it's over 1 month old and you want to post something but can't, you'll have to make another one. and let's say it happens again and again. a bunch of repeated topics.

Well... it doesn't say there's an exception to bumping discussion topics on the official rules so I don't think I'd want to take the risk, and I think that's what Angellina is thinking.

Just to kind of butt in for a second, I'm like, 99.9% sure that it's only OK to bump a topic if it's stickied or a mod/admin says it's allowed, and so far nobody's said that regular discussion topics are allowed to be bumped. ;`;

p much what cas said. a discussion section would be great, but i don't think that all the topics should be stickied unless they're ones which would most likely have large numbers of posts and are rather.... major (only word that i could think of)?? i guess i'm not taking the risk to bump topics that i want to post in. i guess we'll just have to see if the admins/mods state that we could bump discussion topics? hm
