| Mace himself told me bumping is when someone posts on a topic that's been inactive for over one month, or four weeks. Maybe you're off a day or two? There are lots of mini-rules for bumping, so it may get confusing or complicated. |

| It's very fine that people "bump" or "gravedig" or "necropost" topic. Maybe too much topics with same name might be very confusing - same theme, different threads >.< Most of forums which disallow "bumping"/"necroposting"/"gravedigging" and have strict rules have exactly same people. I don't want people to be like that =.= | |

I'm not sure I read that right, but it sure sounds like your logic needs some work. I fail to understand why you think forums that disallow bumping have more similar folk than those that do not. I know it's not my place to reprimand you, but I really felt I had to say that. | |

I meant that forums which strictly disallow bumping, double-posting etc have strict, mean users as well. Sorry for flooding anyways =.=
By the way, sometimes they may even disallow smilies like this: ^__^ | |
