I went to Lucky Bob's and saw a sign that said "TRADE N SELL REFUND"! What does that mean? (I feel stupid asking this). -,-

If you bought something at TnS for a super high price and regret it because VG is here, in December you can sell them back and get the amount of stars/eCoins back for how much you bought those items for.
