Survivor [RP] - Remade by Jeff and Voldemort

"I'm not sure" she replied, as she kept her eyes locked. "What did you say your name was again?" she asked, crossing her arms for warmth. Katie frowned and rubbed her arms, it was dark and the fire was dying down.

Phoebe frowns. She was being ignored. She locks her eyes at Katie and drops a handful of sand on her. She bit her lip to stop her from giggling. Still invisible, she starts kicking sand all over the place.

Clarisse rubbed the sand out of her hair and grabbed her snorkeling mask. She put it on and protected her eyes as she walked straight through the wave of sand to where  Pheobe was. She didn't see her because she was invisible, but she heard compressed laughter coming from that spot. She picked up ball of sand and aimed at that spot, and continued on to kick a wave of sand to that spot. "Whoever is doing this better show themself, because I'm going to make you pay if you don't!" she yelled, furiously kicking sand at that spot even though she knew nothing was there.

Phoebe laughed. She appeared and disappeared multiple times until she was invisible again. She puller her hand and sat her down in the beach. Then she pushed her in and laughed like a maniac.

Clarisse turned and punched as hard as she could into the space where Pheobe was supposed to be.She saw the flicker and knew what was happened. This idiot was a ghost. She continued to punch in the space where Pheobe was supposed to be and threw sand at her. She wondered if Pheobe had some kind of a weakness.

Phoebe fell backwards. She was visible now. "Stupid.." She said. "Humans!" She yelled. She ran away towards the beach and got lost in the ocean, flickering until she was invisible again.

"Okay, who just said that?" Oliver asked, both confused and irritated. He had been trying to catch up on lost sleep beforehand, so the recent events and Phoebe were still unknown to him. "Look, this is really annoying. Stop playing games and get a grip on yourselves."

Phoebe picked up a huge spider and placed it on Oliver's shoulder. "Catch me if you can." She yelled playfully.

Oliver flinched, showing a few genuine signs of unease before taking a stick and brushing the arachnid off his shoulder. He held it at arms length, trying to determine whether it was poisonous. If it was, whoever dropped it on him was obviously either a bloodthirsty psychopath attempting to kill him or a harmless idiot who can't tell one spider from another. Unfortunately Oliver wasn't that familiar with spiders either, so he flung it into the distance just to be safe. "Look, this isn't funny." He said loudly, looking up in an attempt to spot Phoebe.

Phoebe pushed Oliver down, and started laughing. She re-appeared. "Hi." She said. "I'm Phoebe." She said, smiling.

Oliver went pale, breathing heavily and trying to shake Phoebe off. "What the bloody f**k are you doing?!" He gasped, rolling out from underneath her and moving back about ten feet so he'd have a head start running if she attacked. "That's not even possible.... Oh, I give up. Nothing makes sense here. Make yourself at home." He slipped back into his indifferent attitude, but kept a wary eye on Phoebe.

Phoebe laughed her head off. "Wow!" She said. She took a deep breath and continued laughing again.

Clarisse burned with rage and took a hard punch at Pheobe's now visible face. She took the spider and forcefully opened Pheobe's mouth and stuck the creature inside. "If that spider will bite you I hope it'll bite youur entire tounge off and you might as well kiss your sweet little laughter good bye." Clarisse said in a threatening way. "And if it doesn't I'll pull that wretched tounge off!" she got up and stomped her foot. "Do you really think you're funny?"

Phoebe watched the spider and Clarisse's hand go through her head, without really touching it. She was untouchable now. Then she changed back to her normal self. "Alright, alright. Calm down. Claire.. Clarisse." She said. "Was that a good guess?" She asked, smiling.

"Wrong." Clarisse said. She watched the spider crawl around the sand. "I just can't win. You're not a real person. You're..." she stared at Pheobe. "A ghost? Great, I'm going to live with a stupid dead person for the rest of my life. Why don't you show us your grave? It's probably buried in a...oh wait. That's right. We're on a deserted island! And you obviously didn't survive here for very long, huh? Because you were all alone here, no one to bury you. Now here you are." she grumbled. "Do you want us to die?"

Phoebe looked around. She swallowed and sighed. "No." She said. "I didn't die here. I fell off a skyscraper. It was a hotel next to the beach. I was unconscious for weeks or something.. when I woke up in this island. I was dead by that time. Phoebe pushed her hair aside. She adjusted her jean jacket on top of her short blue dress and put her hair into a side french braid. "But I can help you guys. After all, I've got some experience."

"What kind of experience can you possibly have?" Said Oliver, crossing his arms and standing up straighter as if in an attempt to seem taller. Naturally this had no effect as he was several inches shorter than even the smallest of the girls and had no muscle to speak of. "I'm presuming you don't have to eat anymore, so you probably have no idea what's edible. Also you may have lost the ability to feel, in which case you have no real way of knowing how to build an efficient shelter." By this point he had slipped back into a strong British accent, which he was fairly unaware of. "Your needs are entirely different from ours, and have been since you arrived on this island."

"You are right. But I've gotten used to this environment. I've seen animals drop dead after eating inedible food. I've found out about new animals that only inhabit this island. About what attracts and repels huge insects." She looked at the spider, that wasn't very far when she found it. "Eating is not necessary, of course, there is no second death, but in this island, it is a pleasure. Once you discover the mountains and the river, there are these special trees that hold these delicious berries. They're orange. You should try them sometime."

"How do you know they're not poisonous? If you don't have to eat anymore, you're probably immune to poison as well." Oliver stated. "I guess the only sure way to tell is to test them on one of us. There's a chance they might die, but one is better than all of us. We're going to run out of food eventually, since we've only found two reliable sources and they probably won't be around the whole year. I'm not really planning on starving to death right now."

"No one plans that." She grew quiet. "They never do." She said. "They are not poisonous." She said. "I've tested them on many animals. In fact, I followed a squirrel to the trees." She said, smiling. "I think I've got one right here in my pocket." She pulled out an orange berry. "If you want something better, though, then you should suck on a lemon. You'll get used to it eventually." She said. "I love sour stuff." She said. "Where are you from?" She had noticed the accent. Phoebe wasn't British though, she was American. But she grew up in Italy until she was 10. When her parents split she moved to the UK with her mom. So she had a mixed accent. She hid it most of the time, keeping an American accent.

Clarisse rolled her eyes. "You can't help us. You're dead. If you're stupid enough to fall off a skyscraper, you're not going to be much help." she sighed and looked at the spider on the ground. "Well, if you intended to hurt us, that spider would be poisonous. If not, it's harmless." she said. "I think you've sastisfied your ego for today."

"Well, thanks Clarisse." She said. "I was pushed. Alright? Pushed. P-U-S-H-E-D. Not like I wanted to commit suicide." She said. She fiddled with her braid.

Clarisse sighed. "I think I saw you on the news. 'Girl Commits Suicide and Falls From Building.' I guess the person must've really hated you, to secretly do that." she said. She picked the orange berry from Pheobe's hand. She ate it. It tasted like a mix between a blueberry, pomogranate and a cherry. "Guess what, I'm not dead." she said. "I'm still here. Sorry."

"I wasn't trying to kill you." Phoebe said, feeling her anger build up. She ate another berry.

Clarisse picked up the spider and placed it on the palm of her hand. "Then the spider isn't poisonous, there are lemons on the island, and Oliver is scared of spiders." she stated.
