The reason why Fantage has "Members"

All virtual worlds like Fantage have membership. And yes, it is of course for the money.
Some members are actually nice, but some are just spoiled little brats who spend their day making people feel terrible. So, it is hard to look at some people differently.
It's true that members keep Fantage up and running, but that doesn't mean they have the right to act all stuck up like SOME people do. But what you are saying is true. ^-^ Absolutely.

maybe some people find it harder to see a game as a business, especially compared to when they buy things physically like burgers or something

well fantage needs money to help make the game and pay for the workers there
they work very hard to make us happy

It's all about business. All corporations want money and they all have some level of greed.

Another way to say it is…when companies like Fantage.com Inc. run a respectful business, treat their employees and customers right and support the community that supports them…they build loyalty. And loyalty translates into more money, allowing the company to continue to run a respectful business, etc.

More members, the better fantage will get, right?
But I understand some peoples situations in real life. Some kids don't have money...which is true.

Yep, me too. It wasn't to the people who say "Fantage is better off without members!"

It's actually the deal of paid privilege. Regular ones can also be mean, premium ones can also be nice.
