You. Are. Not. Unique. Or. Special.

One Direction is an EXTREMELY popular band. While I myself am not a fan, there are billions of little girls just like you out there who are obsessed with them. You aren't weird for liking them. On the contrary, you're part of a very large majority of your demographic.

Also, you are certainly not the only one who feels pressured by school. Everyone does, at least to some degree, over and underachievers alike. Even teachers, if you'll believe me.

In short, what you're experiencing is neither unusual nor serious. Get over it.

I apologize, I just have a distinct loathing for these "I'm so depressed" speeches.
