Hi, this is my first post and I'm here to talk about the infamous robots that show up in Fashion Show, even though you don't see any of them in the lobby! First I'm telling you how to spot one, and then what they act like.
SPOTTING A FASHION SHOW BOTLike I said, you don't see them in the lobby. But, the bots can be anyone. They can play a fashion show or host one. The first thing you look at is the username. All the bots have common usernames. Here are some of the names I've seen...
Boys:
jokum, sirius, zeus, grant, mahavir, hermes, devyn, ulrich, misi, gleb, avery, kudret, merick, kouta, edison, calder, caesar, gasparo (one of the most common), isaac, koen, cohen, josue, lazar, pinak, akhilesh, and probably many others.
Girls:
cornelia, ceri, sari, annabelle, hristina (it's weird how it's christina without the 'c'), kristina (lol), kiarra, bojana, dijana, penelope, concetta, marta, shannen, amelia, aurora (one of the most common), lucy, akeelah, adina, joasia, tola, tovi, melanie, petra, margarita, carmina, bella, lidiyah, jasmine, jazmine, eleonor, lavinia, noelani, zsuzsi (?!), fikkriyya (?!?!), katerina, kathrin, gerhild, zsanett , meri, , chikere, and I've seen way more that I can't even remember.
For some reason the girl bots play more then the boys. Now here are some of the words that come
after the names:
lol, qtpie, qt, pop, candy, sweet, zz, xx, x, rox, kewl, cool, 1-4 numbers afterwards, just an underscore (e.g. chikere_), or with an underscore (e.g. ceri_pop), or with an underscore with numbers (e.g. jokumz_29), etc. There are many possibilities. It's estimated there are over 78,000,956,800 possible bot names.
The second thing is to look at what they're wearing. They always wear clothes that aren't available anymore (AKA beta clothes/retired items), and sometimes they also wear popular clothes from a few years ago. Computers almost ALWAYS wear items such as the golden medallion (a star necklace premium member gift), a blue crown with a yellow star (idk the name), and New Year's clothes like 2010 glasses, 2008 glasses, 2011 hat, 2009 party hat, 2010 shirt, etc. Usually they also wear member items like dorsal fin boards and all those old boards sold in Vintage Gold like the shooting star board. Many of them wear the first hairstyles ever created in Nov, 2007.
Boys - Black Spikes, Soft Brown Hair, Blue Goggles Hair, Blue Beanie Hair, Buzzcut, Boyish Blonde Hair, White Beanie Hair, Blue Cap Hair, Shaggy Blonde Hair (most popular), and Boy Afro. None of these items are available anymore, except for the White Beanie Hair. It is the cheapest hairstyle in the Salon.
Girls - Sidebang w/ Ribbon, Blonde Bob, Shaggy Brown Hat Hair, Green Pigtails, Brown Braids, Long Blonde Pigtails, Shaggy Brown Hair, Long Blonde Braids (most popular), Bun Hair, and Afro. None of these are available - none! Not even the super cool afro...
There is an exception, though. You can get these beta hairs only if you are a new member. All these are beta, but also called "nooby" hairs, even though people want them. It all depends on what you wear with them!
HOW THEY ACT/WHAT THEY DOAs a host, they wait a few seconds before they start the round and then they choose a theme. Sometimes while they're doing this, they move around the top! Normal people can't do this unless they found a way (I still haven't)! And sometimes they move around the stage before they start. They just always move around for some reason.
As a player, they do move around before the round starts, but when the first round starts, they don't move anymore, even if they're blocked by someone. They dress up in beta clothes, and they usually come out REALLY fast and sometimes at the same time as other computers. But there's one thing I recently noticed, way after I even found out these people were bots - take a look at the eyes and skin color before the round starts. Then look at the same person - it automatically changes the eyes to the original blue eyes and the palest skin! This is the base of every Fantagian.
Also, they come out with a pet that sometimes isn't the color that the host chooses. They could choose pink as the theme, and come out with Rocki. What?!?! Rocki is grey and black. (Stewpid)
In the posing phase, they never blush, be surprised, be excited, or be embarrassed. They only wave, cry, jump, and wink. Their poses are not all perfect, though. Some are excellent, which can put them a little behind. But all the computers pose at the same time. All the computers have some kind of syncopation to everything they do. Why? THEY'RE ROBOTS!
After that, the winners are announced. When the bots are announced, they jump or wave half a second afterwards. Sometimes when another bot is announced, another bot waves/jumps at the exact same time. Kinda creepy, right? I also do this for fun because... I don't know. I jump and wave at the exact same time as bots sometimes.
Bots sometimes don't dress all as the theme selected. I think Fantage does this so that real players will have a better chance to win and have fun and earn more stars. But it isn't that fun when they have a bunch of beta rares (all are back
now) and member clothes. If you're not that good, I mean. Like once, the theme was blue, and this guy next to me dressed up in black, yellow, and pink... The only things blue were his eyes. He only got 5 points.
If a bot does win, they jump/wave after and they stay there for the rest of the fashion show, with the music playing on. If you stayed for the rest of the show, you wouldn't see the bots in the lobby.
A problem for many people is that the show lags. This means that everyone appears to be staying in place doing nothing, and you don't know where to pose or what pose to use. The bots will always get through this. So you could be in first place and miss a few poses and the bots will be in front. It lags because of the bots probably. I have the same problem sometimes.
Finally, they NEVER respond. They don't chat! If you said "Hi," to one of them, they say nothing back. UHH, RUDE! If you yell, PICK GREEN, they might not.
Thanks for reading my first ever post! I hope I didn't miss anything besides the bot names. Hopefully this will start up some discussion.
