People use Windows Movie Maker and Sony Vegas
I recomend Windows Movie Maker if you're begining. Sony Vegas would be too professional. Never tried it yet. O_o | |

Windows: Windows Movie Maker
To get Sony Vegas you can buy it, or get a 30 day free trial (It's really complicated, and as pokie said, it's not for beginners.) | |
